To help our children get the most from their online lessons, please check the following before class begins:
Away from noise, movement and distractions.
So the teacher can follow the student, encourage them, and help more effectively.
Check the microphone and speakers beforehand, especially as language learning depends so much on listening and pronunciation.
So the student's face is clearly visible on camera.
Book, notebook, pens and anything the teacher asked for, beside the student before the lesson starts.
To open the device, prepare materials, and check the internet, camera and sound.
Joining at the scheduled time lets the student use the whole lesson without rushing or interruption.
Phones, games, food and unnecessary distractions set aside during class.
When a student starts their lesson prepared, in a calm and comfortable space, they are better able to focus, join in, speak with confidence, and make the most of their teacher's time.
